When you look into someone’s eyes, it’s like you see the truth. Regardless of what they’re saying or what they have said, regardless of the things you have heard about that person or the things they have done to make you mad. It’s like the inner secret shows through their eyes. And maybe that’s why most people can’t make eye contact with others while they’re talking to them. Have you ever noticed that? The next time you talk to someone, pay attention to how long they can keep genuine eye contact with you. Most of the time it’s only for a split second. And you’ll realize then that, most people are living a lie… not really a lie, though, just living in fear of rejection of who they really are I guess you could say.
